JOB DESCRIPTION – LEAD ASSOCIATE – DATA GOVERNANCE

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Own data governance and data quality for Salesforce used in Accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data.

• Manage data controls, validations, access governance, and audit readiness in line with client and compliance requirements.

• Reconcile Salesforce data with finance systems and support period-end reporting and closures.
• Act as SPOC for Salesforce data issues, driving process improvements and automation.
• Comfortable working on excel and hands on experience on working on SAP

Working Model:Work-from-office

Working days: 6 days/ week

Shift Timings: 

General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

• A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suit the organization’s needs
• Any graduate degree along with prior exposure of 4 – 6 years in data governance processes
• A flair for leading a team of 5-6 members and working hand in hand to achieve individual goals and team goals
• The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
• An ability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations
